I recently stayed at the Sheraton hotel Santos, and, unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations.. While the Classic Queen room was spacious, it felt outdated and lacked modern amenities. There were no Smart TVs, only 20 basic channels, and the signal was unstable, frequently cutting out. Additionally, the maintenance of the room was disappointing. The bathroom door had visible damage, and the armchair had noticeable pen marks on it.

As for the hotel’s amenities, they were quite limited. The only adult facilities available were an indoor pool and a small gym. When I went for breakfast around 9:30 AM, I found that food items weren’t being properly replenished, and the overall experience was far from satisfying. The tables were missing utensils, and I had to ask twice for a spoon and despite my requests, it took 10 minutes for the waiter to bring the spoon, which negatively affected the overall service.
Another issue I encountered was with the bed’s pillow top. It wasn’t securely attached to the mattress, which caused it to shift constantly. This created a gap between the mattress and pillow top, right where the pillow rests, making it uncomfortable to sleep.
Considering that Sheraton hotel Santos is marketed as a 5-star establishment, it was disappointing that it did not provide a luxury experience or meet the high standards expected from a Sheraton Hotel. I do not recommend it, it’s not worth the price they charge.
